Celebrate Great Street Food in Nashville

This Thursday, April 30, the Nashville Food Truck Association will formally kick off its third annual Nashville Streetlogo Food Month, which will continue throughout the month of May. It begins with the first “Street Food Thursday,” a popular even where food trucks gather on Deaderick Street downtown. For the launch, 18 different food trucks will be on site, so you’ll have lots of great options from which to choose. Trucks scheduled for “Street Food Thursdays” include Bacon Nation, The Confeastador, Crankee’s Pizzeria, Dan’s Gourmet Mac Attack, Deg Thai, Grilled Cheeserie, Hoss’ Loaded Burgers, Julia’s Bakery, King Tut’s, Maggie Moo’s, Moovers and Shakers, Music City Pie Co., Pig N Pit, Pita Pit, Riffs Fine Street Food, Smoke Et Al, Smoothie King and Yayo’s OMG.

Other events scheduled for food trucks in May include Musicians Corner on Saturdays in Centennial Park, The Capitol District Street Fair on May 16, Brew at the Zoo May 29, and a number of other community events as well as the return of trucks in Centennial Park for Wednesday lunches.
