How long can Nashville’s growth boom continue?
As The Tennessean’s growth and development reporter, that’s a question I often get asked.
Though I lack a crystal ball that can predict the end of the boom with pinpoint accuracy, there are certain indicators to watch.
One is the rate at which the metro area is adding jobs versus people moving here. By that measure, growth should continue for at least a few more years or longer depending on whom you ask.
