Real Estate Bubble Gets Crazy:  Buying Homes Using FaceTime

Wannabe homebuyers in Williamson county are scrambling right now trying to snag a home. With housing inventory low and the demand so high, some are having to think outside the box in order to make a deal.

“It’s an interesting, crazy market right now,” said Lisa Wurth, a realtor with Benchmark Reality.

From Brentwood to Franklin and everywhere in between, home sellers are getting the upper hand.

“After putting in three offers on places with multiple offer situations we finally just said ‘stop’,” said Monica Neubauer, a home buyer and realtor.

One Nashville couple bought a house sight unseen while on vacation hundreds of miles away.

“We got to put an offer on a house before it hit the market so that was a blessing,” said Chandler Farmer.
