Local Flooding Triggers Statewide Price Controls

As a State of Emergency was declared for several middle Tennessee counties, a price gouging act has kicked in.

In the declaration, TEMA states up to eight inches of rain fell in some locations which affected Cheatham, Davidson, Macon, Montgomery, Robertson, Stewart, Sumner and Trousdale counties. The emergency was declared at 7:15 a.m. Thursday.
